Data deletion requests

Your Crewva profile is managed by your employer, who is the data controller for your records. To request deletion of your personal data, contact your employer's Crewva administrator in the first instance, or email us directly at privacy@crewva.ai and we will coordinate with your employer.

Company owners and administrators can remove workers directly from the Crewva dashboard. Removing a worker deletes their app access and personal profile data (contact details, photo, push notification tokens). Company owners can also cancel and delete the entire company account from the Billing page.

Send deletion requests to privacy@crewva.ai. Please include the email address associated with your account and, if you are a worker, the name of your employer so we can locate the record. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

Personal profile data (contact details, photo, push notification tokens) is deleted on request. Signed safety documents and site attendance records may be retained for the period legally required for UK health and safety compliance, including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR). Retained records are held solely for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
