What Crewva is

Crewva is software designed to help construction companies organise and manage their workforce, sites, documents, and day to day compliance workflows. It is a productivity and record keeping tool. It is not a law firm, a health and safety consultancy, or a regulator, and it does not act in any of those capacities.

Not legal, safety, or professional advice

Nothing shown in the Crewva portal, the Crewva worker app, on this website, or in any email from Crewva constitutes legal advice, health and safety advice, regulatory advice, or any other kind of professional advice. Features including but not limited to CDM declarations, RAMS templates, compliance reports, the Management Digest, AI briefings, AI chat responses, and action point checklists are informational tools only. They are provided to help you organise your own compliance activities. They must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor, a competent health and safety adviser, or the relevant regulator.

Your responsibilities as a duty holder

Companies and individuals using Crewva remain fully responsible for their own statutory duties, including those under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and all other applicable laws and regulations. Using Crewva does not transfer, reduce, or satisfy any legal duty owed by a Principal Contractor, Principal Designer, Contractor, Client, employer, or any other duty holder. You should always consult qualified legal counsel and competent safety professionals to determine and discharge your compliance and legal obligations.

AI generated content

Where Crewva uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, briefings, action points, or chat responses, that output may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. AI output is provided to help you notice patterns and prompt your own review. It must be independently verified by a competent person before you act on it, and it must never be treated as authoritative legal, safety, or compliance guidance.

No warranty on outcomes

Crewva does not guarantee that use of the service will result in compliance with any specific law, standard, code of practice, or contractual requirement. Compliance depends on the correctness and completeness of the information you enter, on your own processes, and on decisions made by competent people in your organisation. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation of liability and warranty disclaimer.
